Food and wine fraud is estimated to cost over $40 billion globally and is a direct threat to ‘Brand Australia’. Without greater understanding of the direct and indirect costs to Australia food and wine producers a national effort to protect our produce overseas is unlikely to be funded   Previous News Next News
